Terms

Fenrir Bridge by Frisky provides administrative software for creating stable public access links that route to private operational destinations, including Telegram groups, live rooms, payment links, documents, booking links, and support links.

By using the service, you confirm that you are authorized to administer the domains, groups, links, and destinations you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and safety of any target link you configure.

You are responsible for every image and other piece of content you upload or publish through Fenrir. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have all rights and permissions required to use it, and that it complies with applicable law and these Terms.

Fenrir may suspend access to links, workspaces, or accounts that create security risk, abuse, fraud, spam, impersonation, payment disputes, or legal exposure.

Privacy

Fenrir collects account identity data from OAuth providers, including email, display name, provider identifier, and generated Frisky IDs. The service also stores operational metadata such as domains, link slugs, audit events, billing state, and connected provider status.

OAuth data is requested to verify the admin signing in, create or restore the correct Fenrir workspace, secure the session cookie, and display account identity inside the dashboard. Fenrir does not request access to email contents, contacts, calendars, files, or social graph data.

When you register a passkey, Fenrir stores the credential identifier and public key material required to verify later sign-ins. Raw private keys never leave your device.

Raw private destinations, such as Telegram invite links or meeting links, should be treated as sensitive data. Production deployments should store these values server-side and avoid exposing them in public bundles or unauthenticated APIs.

Infrastructure and identity providers may process data to operate the service, including Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Stripe, and any future database or notification provider enabled by the workspace.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Fenrir to distribute malware, phishing, deceptive links, unlawful content, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, stolen credentials, or content that violates platform rules for Telegram, Stripe, Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, Apple, or other connected providers.

Admins must rotate or revoke compromised invites promptly. Public Fenrir links must not be used to misrepresent ownership of a brand, organization, domain, community, or payment destination.

Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are subscription products unless otherwise stated at checkout. Plan limits may include domains, active links, live rooms, audit retention, team seats, and concierge support.

Refunds are handled case by case for billing errors, duplicate charges, or service failures. Domain purchases, third-party provider fees, and partner/affiliate purchases may be subject to the terms of the external provider.
