1. What you get

MyFenrir controls access to Telegram communities on behalf of the administrators who run them. We verify that you are a real person, we record whether you are entitled to access, and we tell the community whether to let you in. The rules of any particular community are set by that community's administrator, not by us.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). You must not be barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you, and you must comply with Telegram's own terms while using the bot.

3. Your account

A MyFenrir account is created automatically the first time you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft. You are responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else is using your account.

4. Plans and payment

The Pack is billed in Telegram Stars. Telegram processes the payment; we never handle or store your card details. The Stars price shown in the bot at the time of purchase is the price that applies.

5. Renewal and expiry

The Pack does not renew automatically. Each purchase grants access for 30 days from the date it is applied. We will email you before your access expires so you can buy another period if you want to. If you renew before expiry, the new period is added to the end of your current one — you do not lose the days you already paid for.

When a paid period ends without renewal, your account returns to Free and paid access to gated communities stops. Nothing is charged to you automatically at any point.

6. Refunds and disputes

Telegram Stars purchases are handled under Telegram's refund process for digital goods. If something went wrong — you were charged and access was not granted, or you were charged twice — write to [email protected] with the date and amount and we will investigate and, where the charge was our error, request a refund on your behalf. We aim to respond within 30 days.

We do not refund a period simply because you did not use it, and we do not refund access that was withdrawn because you broke these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use MyFenrir to:

• evade a ban, impersonate another person, or hold multiple accounts to circumvent a decision;
• automate, scrape, overload or probe the service, or attempt to forge a verification result or an access grant;
• share, resell or transfer paid access to someone else;
• break the law, or Telegram's terms, in any community we gate.

8. Access decisions and appeals

Access may be granted or refused automatically. Decisions can be wrong. You can appeal any decision by writing to [email protected] or sending /support to the bot, and a person will review it. We aim to respond within 30 days. Where the community administrator made the decision, we will pass your appeal to them.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if a community administrator removes you from their community. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Service availability

We provide MyFenrir on an "as is" basis and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. This is a small, independently operated service. We do not guarantee that a community will remain available, that an administrator will keep using MyFenrir, or that any particular feature will continue to exist.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of access to any community. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, announce it through the bot. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
